About the Role

Kevisons Solutions is looking for a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Executive to fuel our growth in the domestic market. While our technical and functional teams deliver exceptional Odoo solutions, you are the person who makes sure there is always a strong pipeline of the right clients walking through the door.

This role is for someone who is genuinely energized by the process of finding new business — researching prospects, starting conversations, building relationships, and seeing them through to a closed deal. You do not need to be an Odoo expert, but you do need to be curious enough to understand what it does, who it helps, and why a business should choose Kevisons Solutions to implement it.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Generation & Cold Outreach Proactively identifying and reaching out to businesses that are a strong fit for Odoo — whether they are running outdated systems, struggling with disconnected software, or simply ready to scale and need a proper ERP backbone. You will build and maintain a healthy pipeline through a mix of cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and referral follow-ups. Consistency and persistence here are what separate average performers from great ones.

Client Meetings & Product Pitching Representing Kevisons Solutions in initial client meetings — in person or virtually — with the confidence to articulate what we do, why Odoo is the right platform, and why we are the right partner to implement it. You do not need to run the technical demo yourself, but you need to be sharp enough to hold the conversation, handle early objections, and generate enough interest to bring the prospect further into the conversation.

Proposal Writing & Deal Closing Working closely with our consulting team to prepare well-structured, relevant proposals that speak directly to a prospect's needs. You will follow up professionally, navigate decision-maker dynamics, handle pricing conversations, and see the engagement through to a signed agreement. Closing is not about pressure — it is about building enough trust and clarity that saying yes becomes the obvious choice for the client.

Partnerships & Channel Development Identifying and nurturing strategic partnerships — with accounting firms, IT consultants, industry associations, or complementary software providers — that can become consistent referral sources for Kevisons Solutions. Building a channel takes patience and relationship management, but it creates compounding returns over time.

Market Intelligence & Feedback Staying aware of what is happening in the domestic ERP market — who the active buyers are, what competitors are doing, and what objections keep coming up in conversations. Feeding this intelligence back to the leadership and consulting teams helps the whole business stay sharp and positioned correctly.

What We're Looking For

Experience 2 to 4 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in a technology, software, or IT services company. Prior experience selling ERP, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions is a strong advantage — but what matters most is a demonstrated track record of finding leads, building relationships, and closing deals.

Communication & Persuasion Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You should be able to write a cold email that actually gets a reply, hold a discovery call that feels like a genuine conversation, and present a proposal that is clear and compelling without being overwhelming.

Self-Driven & Target-Oriented Business development is largely a self-managed function — you own your pipeline and your numbers. We are looking for someone who sets their own targets, tracks their own activity, and does not need to be pushed to pick up the phone or send the next follow-up.

Understanding of the B2B Sales Cycle Comfort working with longer sales cycles that involve multiple stakeholders, internal approvals, and several touchpoints before a deal closes. Knowing how to keep a prospect warm and engaged over weeks or months — without being annoying — is a real skill we value here.

Basic Familiarity With ERP or Business Software You do not need to be an Odoo specialist, but you should be able to hold an intelligent conversation about what ERP systems do, why businesses need them, and what problems they solve. A willingness to learn the basics of Odoo quickly — and stay curious about what our team delivers — will make you significantly more effective in this role.

Network in the Domestic Market An existing network of business contacts, SME owners, or industry connections in the local market is a strong plus. If you can walk in on day one with relationships worth nurturing, that is a head start.
