About the Role
Kevisons Solutions is looking for a confident and business-savvy Odoo Consultant & Demonstrator to join our team. You are the first real impression a prospect gets of what Odoo can do — and more importantly, what Kevisons Solutions can do for their business. This role sits right at the intersection of sales, consulting, and client relationships, and it demands someone who is equally comfortable in a boardroom presentation and a detailed requirement session.
This is not a role for someone who reads off a script during demos or hands over a brochure and waits. We need someone who listens to a prospect, understands their business within minutes, and then shows them — live, confidently, and relevantly — exactly how Odoo solves their specific problems. What You'll Be Doing
Running Odoo Demonstrations Delivering live, tailored Odoo demos to prospective clients across various industries. These are not generic click-through presentations — you will prepare each demo around the prospect's business model, their pain points, and the specific Odoo modules most relevant to them. You should be able to demonstrate Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, and other modules fluidly, pivoting in real time based on where the client's interest goes during the session.
Pre-Sales Consulting & Requirement Gathering Engaging with prospects early in the sales cycle to understand their current operations, existing systems, and what they actually need from an ERP — not just what they think they want. You will identify gaps, ask the right questions, and shape a solution proposal that is realistic, well-scoped, and genuinely valuable to the client.
Managing the Full Sales Cycle Owning leads from the first conversation all the way through to a signed agreement. This includes qualifying prospects, conducting discovery calls, preparing proposals, following up professionally, handling objections, and closing deals. You are not just a demo person — you are responsible for converting interest into business.
Post-Sale Onboarding & Client Relationship Management Once a deal is closed, your relationship with the client does not end. You will lead the initial onboarding, ensure the client feels confident about what they have signed up for, and remain their primary point of contact during the early stages of implementation. Building long-term trust with clients is a core part of how Kevisons Solutions retains and grows its customer base.
Feedback Loop to the Delivery Team Acting as the bridge between what was promised during the sales cycle and what the functional and technical teams need to deliver. You will communicate client expectations clearly, flag any scope sensitivities early, and ensure there are no surprises on either side once the project kicks off.
What We're Looking For
Experience 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in an Odoo consulting, pre-sales, or demonstrator role. You should have worked across multiple client engagements — not just internal deployments — and be comfortable handling clients from different industries with different levels of ERP familiarity.
Strong Odoo Product Knowledge You must know Odoo well enough to demo it live without preparation anxiety. This means deep familiarity with the core modules — Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, and Project — and a genuine understanding of how they connect to each other as a complete business system. Clients will ask unexpected questions during demos, and your answers need to be confident and accurate.
Presentation & Communication Skills The ability to present clearly, adapt your language to your audience — whether that's a CEO, a warehouse manager, or an accountant — and hold a room's attention throughout a demo. Strong written communication for proposals and follow-ups is equally important.
Business Acumen You need to understand how businesses actually operate — not just how Odoo works. The best consultants in this role are the ones who can speak a client's language before they speak Odoo's language. If you have experience working with or within industries like trading, manufacturing, retail, or services, that is a strong advantage.
Sales Confidence Without Being Pushy The ability to guide a prospect through a decision naturally — addressing concerns honestly, setting realistic expectations, and building genuine trust — rather than overselling and creating problems for the delivery team later.
Odoo Versions Comfortable demonstrating and consulting on Odoo 16, 17, and 18, with awareness of how the platform has matured across these versions and what that means for different types of clients.
